Why Upgrade?

There are two reasons to upgrade:

  1. The software is broken.
  2. There's a compelling new feature.

To put it in an even shorter form, you upgrade if what you are using does not meet your needs.

So, do the compelling new features overcome any annoyances that the developers may have introduced?
