Don't you find the phrase "an issue" to be incredibly vague and exasperating?
I installed Windows 2000 Service Pack 4 on a domain controller yesterday. There were some issues with that, and this morning I rolled it back. I knew of one issue yesterday: it breaks authentication from domain member servers running SAMBA. Last night's issue was with the EMC Celerra. Just why and how it breaks, I don't know.
But don't you think that those questions should be answered by documents describing the fixes for that thing?
