With my cheeseburgers tonight I made a gin fizz. However, tonight’s was made with Anchor Distilling’s Junipero Gin and Apollinaris Classic mineral water.
Holy cow! Using Apollinaris instead of just any seltzer water makes a huge difference in the flavor of the drink.
